Thisted is going all in at COP15

Copenhagen Climate Exhange, COP15 and Bright Green Expo are all receiving Thisted when UN’s Climate Summit is making waves in Copenhagen the 3rd to the 18th of December.

Together with CLIMATE SOLUTIONS Thy & Mors Thisted is running a stand at Copenhagen Climate Exchange in Øksnehallen where The Danish Society for Nature Conservation is arranging a climate fair from the 3rd to the 6th og December. The fair will be open to the general public and will show the different environmentally friendly ideas being nurtured in Denmark.

The UN Climate Summit is running from the 7th to the 18th of December, where political leaders from all over the world will try to negotiate a climate agreement. CLIMATE SOLUTIONS Thy & Mors has succeeded in getting accredited as observers and has invited Thisted and Mors to join them in their delegation and at their stand in Bella Center.

Bright Green Expo
At the fair for Danish Industry, Bright Green Expo, Nordic Folkecenter for Renewable Energy is represented. The fair is held from the 12th and the 13th of December and will show case Danish climate friendly industry.

The perfect exhibit for Thy & Mors
“Thisted is Denmark’s leading climate municipality. Almost every kind of renewable energy is represented here. Because of that Thisted is the perfect demonstration area for the rest of the world to see, what we are capable of in Denmark.” says Business and development manager Jan Krogh. He adds that he hopes that the events of December will help further focus on the Energetic Citizens of Thisted and the possibilities of settlement and business development in Thisted.
