Thisted and Mors: Danish Referrence Areas at COP15

Thisted and Mors are the only two Danish Municipalities represented individually at COP15. Together with Climate Solutions Thy & Mors they are demonstrating the local solutions.

As a project with Nordic Folkecenter for Renewable Energy it’s the task of Climate Solutions Thy & Mors to promote Thisted and Mors. At COP15 this is happening at the exhibition booth, where visitors are shown how more than 100 % electricity and 85 % heat (Thisted) from renewables are achieved. This work is a direct descendant of the cooperation between the municipalities and Climate Consortium Denmark.
